Direct Coated Products Ltd manufactures a range of coated polyester film for the overhead transparency and graphics markets and numerous industrial applications. Additionally we coat polypropylene, PVC and non woven materials.

The films are coated on specialist coating machines using predominately water based chemical formulations, and are available in sheets and rolls.

All our films have specific coatings to ensure good feed, imaging and adhesion characteristics. A specialist range of self-adhesive colour laser + inkjet films is also manufactured.

We supply a range of wide format films for presentation application used for posters, Cad Cam and signage work. We also supply films for various industrial applications in particular the signs + label industry for self-adhesive and label tag businesses.

Direct Coated Products Ltd has a new approved range of coated films for the Indigo digital printers. The special coating is water based, anti static and has infinite shelf life. The coating was approved at Indigo's UK testing laboratory, The Digital Academy.

Direct Coated Products' coated films for the Xeikon engines were first approved in 1997 for the clear and white polyester film rolls. We have successfully obtained further approval at a testing laboratory, PIRA, with further product script files from Xeikon being issued. These include the clear, white, draft and self-adhesive films.
